Novel Horror Month

I was distracted by the Halloween Horror Show, and it slipped my mind until this evening that the month of novel horrors starts today. I was just feeling worried, and thinking about all of the rabbit encouragement that this event always heralds, when I heard the bears talking about something even more alarming. The human is wanting to devote this month to a novel starring the BEARS! Betsy has just had all of the encouragement of Halloween! She doesn't need a book to encourage her more! And even worse, I am featured in the bear books. Sniff, sniff! I appear in a book with Betsy Bear. That will get me declared an accessory to her crimes for sure!
