We're going to start stitching up some clothes tomorrow, after we go out to get some more fabric. The polar bears heard of our planned wardrobe construction plans, and now they are insisting that warm, fleecy outfits be made for them as well. We think we might do some clothing construction for that pesky brother too. We can just baste it, and then adjust the size after his capture. Really, with the trouble he's been causing, though, it would serve him right if we left out the tail hole!

Brother Update

Still no sign of that pesky brother, although we're sure we heard a kitty shouting when we hopped to the store today and got some lovely fabric to construct clothing. Perhaps he's following us around. Well, if he is, we can't wait to see what will happen when we hop to the library tomorrow. Perhaps he will try waiting at the door to pounce on us when we hop out and snatch our books. If so, we will just have to slip out through the bookdrop and net him!

We've been looking for luggage for our trip, and it turns out the bear store offers the cutest little suitcases.

You know, since he's causing so much trouble, hiding, and not trotting home like he should, we think we'll make our brother use one of those suitcases, and he can share the luggage space with a few bears too! Really, he is in so much trouble when we catch him, and we're sure his capture is nigh. We heard him scream again when another bunny hopped in this afternoon, raising the sibling count to 752, so we're sure we'll just have to follow our big ears to him.

Trip Planning

Oh, our brother is not happy at all. The human wrote up a letter to send to the head bear, announcing our planned trip, and trying to schedule a visit. We keep hearing this little kitty voice off in the distance squeaking no with every word she typed. Really, we don't know what our brother's problem is with our vacation plans, but at least his objections will hopefully make him easy to track down. We don't know why he doesn't just give up and come home where he belongs.

Tickets Booked

The tickets to visit the head bear have been booked. We heard a kitty shriek as we clicked to purchase the tickets and we keep hearing a squeaky kitty voice chanting no, no, no. Brother is going to be so easy to catch now. We just have to follow our ears. Really, he should just give up. If he doesn't get back here soon, he's not going to have time to buy a suitcase, and he will have to share luggage space with the bears!

Saturday Update

Still no brother. Really, when we hunt him down, he is going to be in so much trouble. We're sure he has a kitten friend, wherever he has gotten himself to, that would love a nice home and because he is stubbornly hiding, that kitty is being denied. Really, they ought to sue him, and don't think we won't tell on him either. The human is looking at definite dates for visiting the head bear, so brother's time to trot back here is limited. He should just give up and return now before he ends up in more trouble.

Today's Report

The human spent the night in tears, and today was only slightly better. Really, we blame our brother for this. If he had gotten himself back here, along with a kitty friend, we wouldn't be having to hunt him down right now, and there wouldn't be anything the grandhuman could do about the matter. He ought to be so ashamed of himself, and he's denying another kitty a lovely home, as if tormenting our human wasn't bad enough!

Thursday, February 21, 2013

Sniff, sniff, sniff. It looks like our planned trip to visit the head bear is falling apart, and now the grandhuman has put a halt to our search for our brother too. Our poor human is in hysterical tears at the moment. And just when we were sure that we had finally located our pesky brother too. There's a kitten on Craigslist who looks just like him and he has a sister kitty that is just adorable. Human was so happy and now she can't stop sobbing again.

Bus Deal

The human was checking the bus site today, and found a wonderful deal on tickets to visit the birthplace of the bears. The only issue is the continuing absence of our brother. How can we book tickets and pack when he's still on the loose? We won't know what size of clothing to pack for him! We won't know if we should pack extra earbows if the kitty friend we want to move in with him is a girl! He's causing horrible problems so he can just get himself back home with a friend this instant! Really, he'll like visiting the home of the bears once he gets there! We're sure the head bear is wonderful!

Our brother only has himself to blame, we hope he knows. If he had got himself back here, he could have possibly hidden the newspaper, and saved himself any amount of trouble. Too late now, though, and we do hope that he likes the kitty sized swim trunks. It seems that the place our brother visited on Christmas Day, the one where he was robbed of his tummy fur, had an article in the paper today. There were lovely pictures and everything, showing a cat SWIMMING! They say swimming is good for kitties! And we just happen to have a lovely swimming pool, all ready to dive into, once the pool repairman shows up. We do hope Brother takes to the water. And he should remember if he had arrived earlier, he could have tried to prevent this.

Brother Should Be Ashamed

Our brother should be ashamed, he really should. No sign of him yet. He has been hiding from us for a month now, and worse, he is denying another kitty the chance at a lovely home by refusing to pop up and be caught. We ought to invite Cousin Bertha to the family reunion. Wouldn't Brother love that? She would undoubtedly have grandchildren he would have to help assemble goodie bags for. We should invite Cousin Bertha, and maybe Cousin Beth and all her family too! Brother will be working forever if he doesn't hurry back here!

Brother Report

Still no brother. Really, he ought to be ashamed of himself. We were shopping today and we were wanting to buy stuff for him and the hopeful new kitty we want him to bring to move in, and we couldn't because he still isn't here, and we don't know what size clothing a reduced to a kitten brother will wear! He's making our lives horribly complicated. On the up side, we've surely heard him shouting though, when the human got Cousin Bertha's phone number. Maybe when she calls Cousin Bertha, we'll be able to pinpoint the shouts and capture our brother. Really, for him staying gone this long, it would serve him right if we let the Sun Bear take his job.

Today's Report

No brother yet, but we will capture him yet. Really, we knew he was good at hiding. He drove the poor human to tears and tearing up the house several times with his hiding places, but this is ridiculous. He's had a month of freedom. It's time for him to get his pointy ears and long tail back here were he belongs. Do you think if we send out announcements that the Andean Sun Bear might be taking his place, that might be enough to get him to head back here?

This Weekend

We're hoping to hunt down our brother this weekend. Really, it's been almost a month since he deserted us. He ought to be ashamed of himself for not getting back here any faster. We're hoping to launch a hunt for him this weekend, though, if we can't manage to annoy him into coming back on his own. The human has mentioned several times going to the country. Now wouldn't it just annoy our brother so much if we hopped up there? He might even poke his pointy ears up, and attempt to sabotage the car to prevent such a trip. And then we would have him!

Valentine Horrors

Valentine's Day went as badly as expected. Betsy attacked Cupid, and helped herself to every bit of chocolate she could get her paws on. And even worse, she snatched his bow and arrows. We're not sure what she wants them for. She claims she intends to have a leprechaun hunt for Saint Patrick's Day so she can get her paws on pots of gold that can be converted to truck loads of gold foil wrapped chocolates. Does anyone know how to contact the leprechauns? We probably should warn them now they are doomed.

Poor Cupid

Well, poor Cupid is going to try once again to flutter though the air tomorrow, to spread love and romance. And Betsy is laying plans to capture him, in case some of the spread of romance involves the gifting of boxes of candy. Really, she's been robbing children of all of their cookies all week. Couldn't she let Cupid be this year? We were hoping to ask him to find our brother for us and drop him off!

Repairman Came!

The roof repairman came today, and half of the roof has been replaced so far. We're working on a list, of places to email about our brother as soon as he is done. We will have him recaptured in no time. We're sure of it. The human's doctor has even offered to let us hang up and wanted sign for him in the office. Betsy's offering to make that now. She has plenty of experience with such things, after all. His recapture is nigh, we are sure of it!

Monday, February 11, 2013

The roof repairman wasn't able to come today, but he says he'll be here tomorrow for sure. Such wonderful timing. And our human will be passing by a couple of homeless shelters on her way too and from the doctor tomorrow afternoon. Perhaps if the polar bears go along and offer to let our reduced to a kitten brother and any kitty friends move into their den until the heater is fixed for warmth, we'll be able to get him back into custody where he belongs soon than expected!

Capture is Nigh

The roof repairman arrives tomorrow, for the roof replacement to begin. Hehehehehehehe! Our brother's capture, and return to the house is nigh! The grandhuman says we can hunt him down and drag him back as soon as the roof is replaced and the heat is fixed. One item down starting tomorrow, and one item to go. We'll have our brother back before you know it, reduced to a kitten, and a hopeful kitten sibling for him too!

Saturday, February 9, 2013

We trust everyone has seen the lastest batch of snow and blizzard conditions to hit. We just wanted to let you know you can thank the hard-working bunnies who live down at the park owned by our mouse siblings' large cousin for dancing up this lovely winter weather for you. The giant mouse is airing a new episode of his lovely fairy tale show tomorrow, and this storm is the perfect promotion for the episode. The bunnies had wonderful success dancing up that Frankenstorm a few months ago, to promote the Frankenstein episode that was aired for Halloween, and then the snow a few weeks ago to promote the second Frankenstein episode. We're sure this snow will also be a success. We do hope you all tune in to watch. Well, with the weather, what else can you do?

Horror Started

The horror has started. We keep hearing dunk, dunk munch sip, coming from where Betsy is camped out in the den, along with the occasional sounds of the refrigerator opening so she can refill her milk, and the noise of empty cookie boxes hitting the trash can. The humans were out all day today, so Betsy had plenty of time for cookie snatching. Some poor guidance counselors are going to be very overworked come Monday.

Cookie Nightmare

Those poor, poor children. Tomorrow marks the start of cookie horror season, when poor, innocent children start selling boxes full of the treats outside of stores everywhere. Some foolish parents even let them go trotting door to door. Those poor children. Betsy has an order for twelve gallons of milk on the grocery list, which should give you an idea of the nightmare she is planning. She will need hundreds of cookies to eat with all of that milk. Those poor children. They're doomed!

Wednesday, February 6, 2013

We expect our brother to show up on his own shortly. Cousin Wanda Sue died and her obituary was published today. Add that to Cousin Dewey and Cousin Larry who also had lovely obituaries published, and the tree is reaching new heights. And our brother, we are sure is ticked and ready to tar and feather the obituary editor for publishing this stuff. And wouldn't you know it, we are getting a new roof, which means buckets of tar will be soon. We expect our brother to pop up to claim a bucket, and that's when we'll get him!

More Bus Stuff

Hehehehehehehe. Our brother will be so sorry he deserted us when we get him back into custody. The human's looking at bus routes now, planning a little trip we're sure will make our brother unhappy. All of the bears, who live in the birthplace of the bears, and you know some are sure to want to move in with us. And our brother will be a kitten! Hardly any claws at all! We'll be able to drag him wherever we want, and he wont be able to stop us!

Today's Sibling Update

Our brother is going to be so ticked over this. The human is hoping to visit the home of the head bear soon, and she stopped by the local homeless shelter, where they offer items for sell to support the homeless, looking for a suitcase. There were two homeless bears loitering there, and of course they pounced, and begged to be allowed to move in. We are now up to 748 siblings, We can probably listen for the sound of kitty screams, and easily find our brother now!

Sunday, February 3, 2013

Some foolish pancake place is offering free pancakes on Tuesday. We can only assume their either hate their employees, and want them to suffer unspeakable torment, or they get a nice write-off if they are the victims of massive robberies, for free pancakes are bound to attract Betsy Bear. She's polishing her pancake fork now in anticipation of the upcoming feast. Those poor, poor pancake servers. We can only hope they have good insurance, that will cover the treatment they will need, after Betsy attacks them and eats every pancake in the place.

Saturday, February 2, 2013

We just spent some time this afternoon amusing ourselves checking the bus routes to try to find the best deals for a trip to the home of the bears. We're sure our brother would be most displeased if he knew of this, especially if he realized that we're looking into booking a seat for him as well. Hehehehehehehe. And, in yet another up side to him being reduced to a kitten once more, he will not be able to claim he needs the entire seat for stretching purposes! He'll be forced to share with several bunnies and bears!

Burger King Kitties

We hopped down to check out those kitties who live at the Burger King again. They were munching down hamburgers when we arrived, and Betsy's nose twitched, sure that she smelled slices of pie somewhere. We can only hope those cats haven't managed to get their paws on pie, or they are surely doomed. Here's a picture of a couple of them.

Aren't they so nice looking?
