Seed Ordered
The rabbits ordered more seed today, and in the box asking what purpose they needed the seed for, they listed that it was for a book. They're sure that will convince the people at the free seed place to rush to supply them, and I am very worried that they are right. I wonder if I ought to warn my cat mother so she can be ready to go into hiding come spring?

Word Count Month Two Day Six
The human hit 40,020 words today after writing 3977 words. She is now 39,980 words away from her goal of 80,000 words to complete the novel. Our poor, poor neighbors. I don't know how I will explain this all to them, and I'm sure my cat mother isn't going to take things well when she looses her home due to those rabbits receiving such terrible amounts of encouragement.

Human Plans
I wonder if I could hide with my cat mother this weekend? I'm afraid the human is making rather alarming plans that I don't want to be associated with in any way, shape or form. She's been talking about visiting the country more than I like, saying how peaceful it is and how she could get so much writing done. Really, what is she thinking? Think of how many crimes Betsy Bear could commit, and does poor Farmer Turley really need a visit from the rabbits? She's been saying that I really ought to go to the country with them, too, which makes me think she's planning to mark me down for bear and bunny supervision duty. I think I must pop out to my mother's house tomorrow to be on the safe side.

Jail Location
I just found out that for some reason my cat mother has been placed in a jail up towards the country where Betsy Bear and the bunnies have amused themselves causing havoc. How concerned do you think that I should be about this? Do you that I need to call my mother and let her know she should deny all knowledge of that bear and perhaps claim an allergy to bunnies? I would hate for her to end up accidentally put down as an accessory to them.

Cat Mother and Jail
I just got the news that my cat mother has been booked for a jail cell for this weekend and possibly the next week while her humans play at the beach. She really, really did pick a good time to report to lockup, too, because that human is planning to write all weekend, which will lead to a horrible lack of supervision for those teddies and especially for the rabbits. I'm sure her humans would hold her totally accountable if they came home to find the rabbits had hopped down and converted their sun room into an indoor garden while they were away. Not to mention, hopefully after staying indoors for a bit in a cozy cell, my mother will decide to convert to the life of an indoor cat.

Horrible News
I swear I have the worst luck of any feline around. You won't believe what has happened to me this time. As if it isn't bad enough that the human has stuck me in a series of books with the teddies, including Betsy Bear, resulting in numerous threats on their part involving projects to research books, well, now the rabbits got to her and have convinced her to give a gardening series a try as well. They've even offered to grow lots and lots of plants for her for book research purposes! Have you ever heard anything so horrible in your life? Those bunnies are going to fill the house with their plants and then they're going to conquer the neighborhood with wild garden growth, all claiming it's for the human's book. Really, doesn't she ever think these things through? I don't know what in the world I'm going to tell my poor cat mother.

Escape Foiled
I tried to make a run for it this afternoon to avoid being captured and drug to that Civil War thing tomorrow. The human was rolling out the door, and had paused to check the mail. I almost made it, but she snagged me and yelled for help so I could be drug back inside. Can I punish her for that? I was going to go down and hide out at my cat mother's house. I'm sure the bunnies and Betsy Bear wouldn't have thought to check there for me. As it is, they're keeping a careful watch to make sure I can't try fleeing again. I shudder to think of what tomorrow will be like.

My Cat Mother
My cat mother had to be drug to the vet for mouth ulcers, and I totally hold the rabbits responsible. I just know they tricked her into eating a pepper, possibly a habenaro, so they could get the SEEDS! I swear I've got to find directions for bunny snares to restrain them somewhere online. I shudder to think of what they might try to feed my cat mom while the human's away.

Cat Mother
I'm really getting concerned about my cat mother. She lives next door, as I've mentioned before, and her dwelling is actually downhill from us. At least if it were uphill, the plants would have to put some effort into it to invade, but going downhill will be way too easy for them. I think I'm going to have to ask my mom to go ahead and head up here with her stuff. Once those plants get headed down the hill, they'll pick up speed fast, I'm sure, and she'll never escape.

Today's Cucumber Report
The cucumbers who moved outside yesterday are looking rather nice, I'm very sad to report. Many of the earlier ones have very nice second leaves according to the bunnies, and they expect the new additions to sprout second leaves soon. They're thinking of mixing something up to serve them a big Sunday dinner tomorrow. The zucchini is getting rather frightening as well, and third leaves are definitely visible. I try not to think of the pumpkin and the yellow squash. Oh, and the twelve larger tomatoes were poked out as well. I wonder if I need to see about a hotel for myself and my cat mom soon. I think it might be safer than staying here and a forced conversion to vegetarianism.

Cucumber Trap Update Three
Forty or fifty cucumber plants were moved outside this afternoon. The others will likely go out tomorrow. And in even worse news, the bunnies checked their baggies, and the cucumbers and cabbage they poked in there two or three days ago was sprouting. They promptly rushed it into a bowl for better care. There were fifty more cucumbers! I think I might need to go down and get my cat mother to head on up to move in here now. With so many plants sprouting and going out, her current house is surely doomed.

The Zucchini
The zucchini that the bunnies moved outside is doing very well so far, although I don't like at all the way its little leaves are turned towards the neighbor's house. I think I need to tell my cat mother to keep a bag packed for a possible emergency evacuation. The bowl of cucumbers they moved are doing well, too, and they seem pleased with the tomatoes. Oh, and they swear they spotted a bean sprout yesterday where they snuck some seed into the flowerbed in the front yard.

Pictures
How worried should I be? I caught the bunnies drawing pictures in an attempt to map out their garden just a bit ago. Granted, the rabbits aren't terrific artists, but still what they have is rather frightening. There's a big swarm of squash and zucchini vines filling the place our neighbor's house used to occupy, with happy little bunnies hopping around through the vines, gathering stuff and snacking on it. I know that it's them down there due to the floppy ears and the large cotton tails. What's even worse is that they drew my cat mother, perched on the roof of the neighbors' former home! Should I warn her about this?
