Didn't Go

The human decided it was too hot, so we didn't go to the country this afternoon.  Which we are actually okay with, because we went to the bear store instead and got coupons for more new friends, and then we got fabric to stitch together more clothing.  We are almost done with one shirt, and getting ready to start another!

Problem

Our trip to the country was delayed, due to the humans running into problems with the vehicle needed to transport us.  They had to rush it in for a repair, and thus we are still at home.  Sabotage is suspected.

Tomorrow

We're hoping to head off to the country tomorrow, for a weekend of fun.  We're ever thinking of taking some seeds to plant, so we can enjoy fall flowers up there.  Or maybe fall VEGETABLES!  That would be good, and would allow us to expand our garden space so much!

Change of Plans

We didn't get to the bear store, but we did find a nice little pattern online for easily stitching some more clothing, so everything is still good.  And that kitten is still shouting complaints!

Plans for Tomorrow

We're hoping to hop to the bear store tomorrow to see about getting our owl friend registered, and to check out the fall clothing selection.  We apologize in advance for any disturbing kitten shrieks

Fabric

We got the nicest coupon yesterday for 60 percent off of fabric, so naturally we had to hop off to the store this afternoon to gather more yardage for clothing stitching purposes.  We heard many angry kitty shouts, so we don't think Brother was pleased, but really, he abandoned us.  Why he thinks his opinion on these things should be taken into consideration, we will never know.  Heaven only knows how he will complain if he ever finds out what we are planning to do once our latest outfits are stitched together.

Coming Week

The human is talking about maybe going to the country one day next week, and then on the weekend too.  That would be so much fun, and we are crossing our paws now that it happens.  And making plans for doing some shopping soon so we will be free to go!

Shopping

The human has a plan for how to get us some attention, so we think we might need to go shopping tomorrow, to get more fabric for clothing construction.  Wish us luck that the human's plan works!  We just love attention!

Tomorrow

Well, our plan to go to the country didn't go through, but that's okay, because some of the bears convinced us that by the time we got up there we really wouldn't have time to enjoy ourselves before having to come back so now we are hoping for a trip next weekend instead.

Paws Crossed

Paws crossed that we can convince the grandhuman that another visit to the country is in order tomorrow night.  Maybe if we do all of the humans' laundry for them while the grandhuman is gone?  Although we have a bath scheduled for an owl friend, so we're not sure how we would work in laundry too.

Friday

We have high hopes of visiting the country on Friday and we can just hear the kitty complaints now.  A bookstore the human likes up there will be open then, and they're having a sale the human is dying to see.  We can only hope that will help us with convincing her to let us visit.

Further Weekend Report

In a further weekend report, we stopped by the local homeless shelter on our way to the country, and met the nicest bear while we were there.  Who could blame us for asking him to move in?  We now have 813 siblings!

Back

We had a lovely time in the country, but now that we are back home, the human is feeling sad and missing Brother once more.  Maybe we need to scurry back to the country with her to keep her from thinking about the rat?  We would LOVE that!

Plans for the Weekend

We're hoping for a visit to the country tomorrow.  Won't Brother be just so annoyed if that plan goes through?  We've made sure the human has a ton of books for reading purposes, and there's no better place than the country in her opinion for reading so we are very, very hopeful!

Two Months

It has been two months since Brother deserted us.  We can't believe his nerve, abandoning us twice in less than a year and a half, and leaving us both times with a broken-hearted human.  She's thinking about him, and looking at his pictures and starting to sob again right now.  He should be ashamed of himself!

Today

Well, Brother didn't show up at the archive like we feared which is good, since if he had gotten loose in that crowd, we're sure there would be humans with broken bones now, probably including our human.  But now the human is missing him and sobbing once more.  We really need to buy umbrellas.  And figure out where Brother is hiding!

Archive Tomorrow

We're hopping to the archive with the humans tomorrow, to listen to a lecture on one of their relations.  We're wondering, though, if there might be a chance Brother will try his paw at stopping this lecture by popping up and doing something evil like trying to trip the speaker.  Do you think we should bring a net along for a possible kitten capture?

Thread Found

We found a spool to replace the missing thread, and we have almost finished stitching together a little pair of dress pants.  If Brother is to blame for the sewing delays, we hope he knows that all the delay did was to give us more time to think threw our stitching plan so we could sew faster when we found everything and got to work!  The pants look so nice and went together so fast.  We are very, very pleased!

More Missing Items

We found our missing pattern, but now we are missing a spool of THREAD!  We have searched our sewing boxes, and every place we can think of where it should be located with no success and we are getting suspicious.  Missing patterns, missing thread, the only person we can think of who would want to hinder our stitching so is BROTHER!  Could he have found a way to creep in, possibly at night when we're snoozing, to hide things from us?

Missing Pattern

We're missing a pattern for a pair of pants that we planned to stitch together this afternoon, and we don't know what could have happened to it.  The pattern was right there with the fabric we had planned to use when we hopped out, and then when we got back it was gone.  Do you think Brother could somehow be responsible?

Another Short Post

The human's allergies are bothering her, so tonight's post will be short.  We met the nicest homeless pup when we dripped by the homeless shelter today, and naturally we had to invite him to move in.  We are now up to 812 siblings!

Tomorrow

Just a short post tonight, as we're hoping to hop to that giant yard sale tomorrow, and the human must go to bed shortly to be ready for it.  We do hope we can attend.  It is always so much fun, and we're hoping that Brother might be lurking there, hoping we won't spot him.  We wouldn't put it past that kitten!

Today's Kitten Shrieks

We visited another fabric department today.  Needless to say, we heard a lot of little kitten shrieks the entire time we were there.  Brother should be ashamed is all that we can say, for disturbing our shopping so.  We're surprised that someone from the store didn't try to hunt him down for making such a fuss, but we guess it's good they didn't try to find the source of the shouting.  Then we would have to hop forward and admit that Brother is a relation, and the store might hold his poor behavior against US!

Poor Human

The poor human was sobbing over that rotten brother of ours again today, and we're feeling a bit damp.  That cat is going to be in so much trouble when we drag him home, just you wait and see!  How dare he cause our poor fur to be so damaged!

Fabric Shopping

We hopped to the fabric store today to get more fabric for stitching together into clothing.  We hope the kitten shouts didn't hurt anyone's ears too much.  We don't know what Brother's problem is.  He has deserted us twice now, so why he thinks he should have a say in our wardrobe construction, we haven't a clue, but he keeps insisting it is a crime to encourage us to get more clothes and more clothes in the house will only serve to attract more siblings.

Talking About Us

The human is chattering with some new friends about our kind and the clothing for our kind and special outfits!  We think we might be getting more siblings soon!  Won't Brother just love that when he hears?  Not that he has a right to object after how he deserted us, we hope he knows.  Oh, we can't wait to see who our new siblings will be!

Can't Believe It

We can't believe this.  We were all packed and everything.  The humans were eagerly anticipating a nice yard sale adventure and a hotel stay and so were we, only to learn when we got to the sight of the giant sale that the date we found was wrong, and the sale is NEXT WEEK!  So now we have to go back in a few days!  Well, we hope Brother doesn't think this means he has escaped us.  It just means we will have longer to get better nets!

Giant Yard Sale

We're hopping to the giant yard sale tomorrow and we're so excited!  We've got our nets all ready in case we spot Brother too.  We hope we do, so we can net him and drag him home where he belongs.  Just got to finish getting the human's books straightened out and then it is off to bed to rest up for shopping!
