Shark is Here!
Our new shark brother is here! We're a bit concerned about an incident that happened right after he arrived, though. He was lounging in his carrying case, waiting for us to hop to the door and invite him in, when something attacked the case and attacked like they had every intention of clawing it and the poor shark inside to bits. We can only assume it was that rotten Brother. He ought to be ashamed of himself for being so mean to a poor, homeless shark. Anyway, our new brother is very nice. His name is Sherman and he's happy to be here despite the unwelcoming wagon the cat rolled out for him. We now are up to 865 siblings.

Sorry for Today Too
Sorry for any alarming shrieks today too. Brother is still not pleased over our plan to hop to the country, and is threatening the home improvement store for making our planned work project a breeze. We've also been making Halloween plans and drawing up decorating ideas. Instead of the traditional ghosts, goblins and witches, we are thinking of teddy themed decorations. Doesn't that seem so nice? But Brother is accusing us of some horrible plot to spread the influence of teddies and especially teddy rabbits far and wide. On the up side, if we do hang out teddy decorations, there is a chance Brother will show up to wreck them and to send any teddies present fleeing, which would allow us to capture him. That might work out well.

Sorry for the Louder Than Expected Shrieks
We're very sorry about the shrieks being louder than normal today. We did get to hop to the country and then we hopped to the home improvement store in search of supplies for a country cottage improvement project. Brother didn't take it well and we were bombarded by texts demanding to know why he was hearing the sounds of boards being picked up and worse, why was he hearing the sound of boards being sawed and what had we gotten our paws on? It was so nice! The home improvement store cut up the boards we selected for us, so all we have to do is hop back to the country and nail them into place! We have high hopes of doing this tomorrow. Strong ear protecting should be kept handy.

Tomorrow
We might be hopping to the country tomorrow, and the human is debating making an archive visit if we have time. We suggest very strongly that you shield your ears now to be safe. Loud kitty shrieks are expected.

Continuing Complaints
Brother is continuing to complain about our adopting that shark, and especially about those DVDs we ordered. And now he has taken to complaining about why he keeps hearing us talking about excellent prices, and how that is under a dollar a disk, and wanting to know if we are plotting another purchase. We don't know what he might do if he ever finds out we're looking at an eight season DVD set. It's such a good price, though, and for a show the human loved as a child, so we're very, very tempted. And if she got the eight season set, she could trade in the one season of the show she already has individually, so really, the eight season set would be even cheaper.

Shark
As you probably figured out from the shrieks, we arranged to adopt that shark last night, and he is hopefully on his way to our house at this very moment. We're not sure about how his transport is being handled. The adoption site wasn't too clear about that, but they have a bunch of sharks looking for good homes so surely they know how to transport them in safety and comfort. Brother is not taking it well, though. He also isn't taking well the fact that we got the human four DVD sets as well, for hours of television viewing fun. He believes these DVDs can only lead to a lack of supervision of bunnies and who knows what disasters. He's very paranoid. We're planning to watch the DVDs with the human, so why does it matter if she isn't supervising us anyway? We'll be too occupied with watching shows, munching carrot corn and drinking carrot juice to get up to whatever Brother thinks we are planning.

Protection
Please put your ear protection on at once. Put it on quickly while you still have time! We are about to make travel arrangements for our new shark sibling and loud shrieks are anticipated at any moment. Protect yourself while you can!

Pumpkin
We obtained our pumpkin today, and we got the sacks ready to be distributed to children on Halloween too. We have 50 lovely sacks stuffed full of candy to hand out and extra candy to construct more if necessary. We have established a guard rotation to protect it from Betsy until next weekend. We just hope the carrots we are using for our weapons are pointy enough for the job.

Very Sorry
We are very sorry if anyone is disturbed by loud shrieks tomorrow. The human is thinking of going to the genealogy archive to use the bigger programs there to do a bit of research and Brother isn't taking it well. He also isn't taking the pumpkin hunt we have scheduled for tomorrow afternoon well for some reason. All we can do is suggest that you protect your ears accordingly.

Delay
Pumpkin hunting was delayed, we are annoyed to report. We have hopes of going tomorrow. Really, we need to go tomorrow. There is a bit over a week until Halloween! If we don't get to the store soon to select a pumpkin, they will all be picked over and who knows what we might have to go with! We might have to go with a FAKE pumpkin!

Books
Not much to report tonight, except we payed a visit to the bookstore with the human and helped her find a large stack of comics. Brother wasn't pleased about that because he has issues with her reading and supposedly being distracted from watching us but thankfully the shouts weren't too loud so ear protection probably wasn't needed. Anyway, we're hoping to go pumpkin hunting tomorrow, so please be prepared to guard your ears accordingly.

Tonight
Not much to report tonight. The human has a movie fest for us that we have to get into our seats for soon, so this will be a short post. Plans for a Brother trap are proceeding on schedule, and our funds for financing the adoption of decent teddy siblings continues to grow as well, Things are progressing well, we are happy to say.

Additional News From Yesterday
We have more news from yesterday that we need to report. We stopped at the church for an event on the way to that comic show yesterday, and we ran into the nicest homeless bear that we invited to move in. We are now up to 864 siblings. And now that we're thinking about it, Brother's shrieks over the happy news did seem louder than usual. Maybe he is hiding out down the street and plotting something. We might need to start work right away on a Brother trap!

Food Fest
The human went to a comic show today, and we are very alarmed to report that this even was held right next to a hall hosting a food festival. We think you can guess where Betsy Bear was while we were hopping about, being good little rabbits and teddies in general, offering to dig for comics the human was looking for and offering to hold her bags. And really, the show was giving away a lot of food, but we don't think they meant to give quiet as much food as Betsy got her paws on away. And do the tables that the food was placed on really count as part of the general food giveaway that people and hungry bears are allowed to lay claim to? Because we now have several of those and we don't quite buy Betsy's story about that being okay.

Suspicious
A kitty that looks suspiciously like Brother has been spotted lurking down the street. Does anyone think it could be him? And if it is, what could he be up to, because we're sure he isn't there because he has decided to become a good feline and move back in. What if he heard about that shark we are hoping to adopt and is lurking about, planning to intercept him when he arrives? Sharks are fish, right, and cats eat fish! What if he's planning to eat our new shark sibling?

Sorry, Very Sorry
Our apologies to anyone who might have been trying to enjoy television, or possibly go to bed early, and were disturbed by kitty shrieks. The library sent us a lovely batch of obituaries and Brother didn't take their popping up in our email well. You should probably put your ear protection on and keep it on, because the librarian asked if there was anything more she could do for us, and we do happen to have a few suggestions for things that might be helpful. More shrieks are expected at any second. Sorry about that.

Continuing Plans
We are continuing to work on our plan for adopting that poor, homeless shark. Getting him here might prove to be the only issue. We were thinking about the bus. Buses allow sharks as long as they have a validly purchased ticket, right? We're not sure about trusting the postal service with a shark. What if they accidentally spilled his water? Could we be held accountable for damaged mail?

Sharks
We were poking around last night and we saw where the teddy adoption center is offering sharks in search of loving homes at selected locations. We showed the human a picture of a poor, needy shark, and she agreed that a shark would make an excellent new sibling for us. Now we just have to work out how to get him here. What is the best way to arrange transport for a shark?

Plans
If you are disturbed by screams soon, please don't be alarmed, and direct any and all complaints to that terrible kitty. We were doing some counting and we have over 100 dollars to go towards adopting new siblings, so we're looking into plans for a little visit to the teddy adoption center in the mountains soon. If you are disturbed possibly this weekend or next Friday, you will know where we are anyway.

Wedding Report
We are back from the wedding. Hopefully they had insurance. Paws crossed that they had insurance. Surely if they were foolish enough to leave an entire table full of fancy glasses full of pudding and cookies unguarded they would have purchased insurance, right? And then there were those two unguarded cakes. We think you can guess what happened. Betsy Bear still smells of pudding and has frosting in her fur. Next family reunion might be a bit awkward, we imagine.

Friday Report
The human's pain is continuing, we are sad to report. On the up side, though, she was forced to go out in search of new wedding shoes this afternoon and we were able to hop along. We got our paws on two more patterns to be shrunk and converted to teddy clothing. We're sorry if the resulting kitty shrieks disturbed anyone unduly.

Today's Human Report
Human is in pain once more, we are afraid we must report, and is considering going to the next town over to her doctor's other office if they can work her in, in the hope of getting some relief. Poor, poor human. She has a wedding to attend this weekend, and it's going to be a bit difficult if she can't bare to sit or walk. And Betsy will be so ticked if she doesn't attend the wedding, because she was planning to stow away in the car in order to get her paws on cake. So if the human doesn't get to feeling better, we might have a human in agony and a ticked Betsy on our paws. Not good. And we don't know how, but we are sure that Brother is somehow to blame for this!

Pipe
The termite inspector paid his yearly visit today, and during his visit to the depths of the basement he found a leaking, rusty possibly ready to burst pipe! A possible pipe in danger of bursting, and what if it goes in the middle of the night? Some of the outdoor bunnies' burrows might be endangered we are very much afraid. Do you think we should hop out and urge them to evacuate to the safety of the house now? How did that pipe end up damaged anyway? If it wasn't for the fact that the basement is incredibly dirty and cramped, we would suspect the cat.

Today's Report
The enjoyable television viewing continues, we are happy to report. Still no luck on recapturing that awful kitty, though. Although we do have some lovely ideas for him. We read the nicest feline book today, and we are thinking of writing to the kitty who is responsible for the book, and letting them know they have a ton of bunny supporters, while our feline brother is doing nothing to support any kitty writers. We will get every other kitty ticked at Brother, and possibly one of them will turn him in as a result! That sounds like a wonderful idea, and would serve him right too! After what he did, and we are sure it was him, doing a rain dance and aggravating the poor human's damaged leg that still isn't right, he deserves punishment!

This Afternoon's Apology
Sorry for the shrieks this afternoon. We went pattern shopping. We had the loveliest idea, that we could get patterns for humans and reduce them to teddy size to vastly expand our clothing options. Brother was not pleased about this, and now he is making dire threats towards the copy store should they allow us to hop in their doors and gain access to their copiers. We have never met a more annoying cat in our lives, and we certainly have the right to visit the copy store if we want! We do hope we can get the reduction done properly. It would open up so many nice outfits for us. If we could, we would cut out a pattern and head to the copy store right now to give it a try!

Annoyed
We are annoyed. It was sunny and clear today, in a stark contrast to how cold and rainy it was yesterday. And we are sure that Brother is somehow to blame for that weather. It had to be him, and we hope he is happy with himself. The human's sinuses are messed up, and she fears she might be coming down with a cold. He ought to be ashamed!

Rain
Our plan to recapture that rotten Brother has been delayed due to rain. We were able to hop to the festival and visit our favorite sale only because it had been moved inside. But kitty hunting was sadly out. We would not be surprised to find Brother tried his paws at rain dancing to prevent his recapture. It would be just like him. We have several other lovely ideas for how to hunt down that cat and drag him back, though. Never fear about that. We'll get him yet. And on the up side, we did get three nice new siblings today, even if we're still missing that fugitive cat. We dropped in at the homeless shelter on the way to purchase a pizza for a picnic at the country cottage. A bear, frog and bunny were there looking for a home and we had to invite them to move in right away. We now have 863 siblings!

Tomorrow
We are hopping off to that festival in the country tomorrow, and with any luck at all we will spot that horrible kitty. Our only concern is the rain. It's been raining off and on for days now, which has resulted in a good deal of pain for the human, and what if it causes the people having to deal with Brother to decide not to attend? Goodness knows that a number of felines try to claim that water exposure should be a crime. What if it rains and we miss our Brother catching opportunity? It would be just like him to think of that. But we are determined bunnies. We will get that cat yet. If he isn't hiding at the festival, maybe he's hiding near the theater where our squirrel brother's favorite performer will be putting on a show. We might have to check there next. So annoying and if Brother makes us chase over several counties to recapture him he is in a ton of trouble!

Human
The human isn't feeling well this evening. Her poor, damaged leg is killing her, and she is planning to take medicine and go to bed, which means we won't be on for long tonight. We don't know how, but we are sure that in some way that horrible cat is to blame for the human's pain. the last time we recaptured him she ended up in agony for a month afterwards. Maybe he has learned some way to preemptively cause pain to try to prevent his second recapture. We would not put it past him!
