Human and TV Shows

We got the human a certificate for episodes of a television program she likes.  So we're expecting possible supervision to drop off sharply soon.  How do you think we should break the news about this to Brother?  He got so upset over the books, we're sure he won't be pleased at all with the free TV shows.
