Poor, Poor Human
You will not believe this, but the poor human went out to the doctor today and when she came home, she was limping with a giant blister on one toe and she suspects the start of a blister on another! She did not have these injuries when she went out! What sort of doctor is this, that they return her worse off than she was when she went into their office? Where do we file a complaint about this horrible, horrible person?

More Bunnies
It's amazing how many more bunnies have been hopping around in the absence of the cat. So nice, having so many new bunny friends visiting us, and without having to hear kitty shouts about how we are up to something and engaged in some sort of horrible plot to spread vegetables everywhere and endanger society. Hmmmm. Maybe if we invite our new bunny friends to move in, maybe the human will forget about finding Brother once more? Bunnies could take his place nicely, we are sure, and it would serve him right for deserting!

Bunnies in Front Yard
The nicest rabbits have now established a burrow in our front yard. Brother won't be happy at all with this news, we are sure. It's so nice for us, though, to look out and see our fellow rabbits hopping about in front of the house, letting everyone know what a rabbit friendly dwelling this is. Oh, we can't wait to give that cat the news of our total bunny friendly status! All of the cats in the neighborhood now know this is a bunny dwelling! Brother will never be able to poke a paw out of the door for embarrassment, and can we say how much he totally deserves it for how he cruelly deserted us?

Poor Human
The poor human had a crying fit over Brother this afternoon, and it was so upsetting. Not to mention DAMP! Our poor fur, and our poor human too. We can not stand it if Brother tries to stay hidden as long this time as he did the last time! We need to recapture him now, before we are all forced to get our poor fur professionally cleaned!

Country Library
The human is wanting to pay a visit to the country library, the one conveniently located underground for the ease of their bunny patrons, tomorrow. Oh, we can just sense the kitty shrieks now if we get to go up there! Brother has such hostile feelings towards that library, if we go, we wouldn't be surprised if he didn't come racing out of whatever hiding place he has selected this time to pounce and try to stop us! We think we will be scheduling that visit right away. And digging out our net to toss over his head when he tries!

Genealogy Conference
We just found the nicest thing. There is a genealogy conference, scheduled for Texas, and we are thinking about booking the human a place at it. And then afterwards we could go and visit some of the places she needs to see to encourage the growth of the family tree. And the only thing that could possibly prevent this travel is if BROTHER shows up! Maybe we ought to stop trying so hard to recapture him!

Brother Better Return
Brother better get himself back here soon is all we can say. He was always so alarmed by the family tree. Well, we have lovely news for him. While she doesn't have him to supervise, the human is thinking about taking a bus to one of the big archives. The tree could be expanding greatly soon, unless that cat rushes home to prevent it!

Kittens on the News
A batch of kittens made the news today. We weren't able to see the entire broadcast, but we're a little concerned that one of these kittens could be Brother back for life three and we fear what he might be on the news for. We're sure anything involving that cat can not be good. Do you think we need to call the news station and ask where these possibly criminal kittens are so we can go and drag him back home where he belongs?

Upcoming Country Visit
We just found another reason for Brother's ill timed desertion of us. The humans have a visit to the country planned for next week, we are hoping, and we just know that Brother plotted to abandon us in order to keep from having to go! We do not know what his problem is with the country. The country is nice, and there is nothing at all wrong with all of the vegetables that are grown there. We ought to track him down, just so we can lag him up there for a visit. We really should. It would be exactly the punishment he deserves, to not only be caught, but to be caught and drug to the country cottage for a lovely visit!

Reunion Today
Today's reunion was a complete success, we are very happy to announce, and the goodie bags were a huge hit. It was worth working our poor little paws off, to see how happy they made all of the kids. And we have no intention of sharing any of the praise we got with Brother when he is recaptured. If he deserts and leaves us to do all of the work, he doesn't deserve a single word of praise!

Bags
We assembled 17 fat goodie bags for lagging to the reunion. Our little paws are terribly tired from this work, but we are very proud of what we accomplished. And Brother should be so ashamed of himself, running out on us this way and leaving us to work on our own! We're sure now that he did it deliberately, just in time to dodge work!

Reunion
The human's family reunion is this weekend, and don't think we aren't suspicious about the timing of Brother's desertion. We have to work tomorrow, assembling goodie bags to take to the reunion, and now there is no cat to assist! He probably did it deliberately, deserting just in time to avoid work! He ought to be so, so ashamed of himself for pulling this stunt and abandoning us, just to get out of doing a little, harmless work! What do cats find so alarming about the idea of doing work, anyway?

Leads
We have a few leads on recapturing Brother already! We can only hope that means that finding him and dragging him home will go much quicker this time. It will cut into our gardening schedule badly if he is as difficult as he was the last time he deserted us. Really, we're tempted to write Santa and arrange for Brother's Christmas presents to be revoked this year for causing us this trouble.

Hunt Delayed
The human wasn't feeling well this morning and didn't go out, so the Brother hunt has been postponed until tomorrow. That's just as well, though. It has given us more time to find our best nets for recapturing him. Really, he should be ashamed of himself. We need to be planting tomatoes now, not spending time on a cat hunt!

Brother Hunt Scheduled
We're hoping to start tracking Brother down again tomorrow. We can't believe he is making us go through this twice in one year. And at the start of gardening season too, when we need to be digging and planting. And there he is, making us spend time that would be better spent on vegetables and work being spent instead on locating him and dragging him back home once more. He ought to be ashamed of himself.

Sad News
We're very sorry to report that Brother passed away this morning. Needless to say, the human is crushed, and our poor fur is very damp. We can't believe Brother escaped once more. What was he thinking? He has managed to use two lives in a year and a half! Doesn't he know he is only issued nine of those? Anyway, our posts might be a bit irregular for awhile as we attempt to comfort the poor human, and hunt Brother down once more.

Almost Midnight
It is almost midnight, and those awful, awful frogs are still in the backyard, singing their horrible, croaking songs. Our poor ears. Even the storms and rain we had this evening did not discourage them, and we had such high hopes for the weather cutting their concert short too. What can be done to stop this frog harrassment? Surely it must violate some law!

Frogs are Still Singing
The frogs haven't been discouraged at all by the grandhuman's attempt to evict them. We think they are even laughing a bit over the entire thing. They are croaking out their horrible attempts at music at even higher volumes, and not even the air conditioner is drowning them out now. Really, what are we going to do? Our poor, poor ears!

Frog Eviction
The grandhuman started frog eviction proceedings this afternoon. We were so pleased, thinking they might be gone by nightfall, but somehow they are still camped out, right where they were to start with. What did the grandhuman do wrong? Surely evicting some annoying frogs isn't that HARD!

At Last!
The neighbors have finally heard those annoying frog concerts, and they seem to agree with us that what they are doing is NOT music! Do you suppose the police will be interested in putting a stop to these concerts if a few humans call in complaints? They sure aren't taking complaints from bunnies seriously.

Human and TV Shows
We got the human a certificate for episodes of a television program she likes. So we're expecting possible supervision to drop off sharply soon. How do you think we should break the news about this to Brother? He got so upset over the books, we're sure he won't be pleased at all with the free TV shows.

Frogs and Brother
Brother has been lounging by the window overlooking the pool, and listening to the frogs' attempts at music. We think he might actually LIKE what they are trying to sing. Do you think that is a sign he needs some sort of therapy? Because what they are croaking is NOT music! It is torture!

Frogs Again
After several days of blissful silence, those frogs are croaking out their horrible attempts at music once more. Our poor, poor ears! Really, this is rabbit abuse, subjecting creatures with such long, fine ears to such horrible noise. Who do we call to report this to, the ASPCA? We are sure those frogs are violating some rule with their awful attempts at singing!

Points
We earned enough points to get the human another book certificate today, and Brother is not happy. He says more reading will only lead to looser supervision of us, and he will then be expected to take up the slack. Little does he know that we have also found a certificate to get the human free tv shows, so we might not be watched at all very, very soon!

Book Deal!
We found a wonderful book deal today, and grabbed eight lovely books. We thought Brother would be happy about this. One of the books mentioned cats in the title, after all. But he took one look and is now claiming we are up to something because the book refers to kitties in pajamas. He is trying to say this is a book that is encouraging the dressing of cats, and is therefore a CRIME!

Still Nice
It's still so nice, with the sound of the air conditioner silencing those frogs. We have no idea who told them that they could sing. We're very surprised that our neighbors have not called the authorities on them for violating some noise ordinance with the horrible, awful croaking they have been trying to pass off as music. Goodness knows it is hurting our poor bunny ears enough.
