Egg Hunt Orders

The rabbits issued my egg hunt orders today. They claim since I'm not an experienced egg hider, unlike bunnies, that they would give me an easy assignment, but I checked, and I am down to hide the eggs that are stuffed with cash! Not only will that money attract children, but it's sure to attract Betsy Bear, who will try to snatch it for snack purchase purposes! So much for those rabbits' claim that they were giving me an easy task. And I'm sure they did it on purpose, too. They don't have claws, just pointy carrots, no defense at all against Betsy. They probably expect me to wreck my nice claws defending those eggs for them!

In the Doghouse

I'm afraid I'm in the doghouse, and might I say, I really don't know how any canines reading this stand the place? So cramped, and I'm sure there are fleas lurking about. The humans insisted, though, after a minor incident. Really, they're making way to much of a big deal over it. How was I to know that a human could possibly bleed that much if a claw grazed them in the wrong location? Really, it wasn't my fault at all, but the humans are kicking up a terrible fuss over the situation, so in the doghouse is where I am, and those rabbits are keeping an eye on me to make sure I stay there. I had to distract them with a salad so I could get on.

Home from Jail

I just got home from jail this afternoon. They gave me a clawacure this morning, and my poor, poor claws are ruint again. How many times do I have to tell them, I like my claws long, sharp and pointy, not short, dull and blunt? I suppose I should be thankful, though, that jail did provide me with an alibi for my siblings' various crimes. You don't even want to imagine what they got up to while they were away!

Claws

After that horrible clawacure I got in jail, I've been hard at work trying to restore my poor claws to their former shape. I've used the carpet extensively, but although I must admit it gives them a lovely buff and shine, it's doing NOTHING for their sharpness or pointyness. I'm thinking of asking my tenant, W. Woodpecker, if I can borrow his beak file to try to fix these claws. He always seems to have the sharpest, pointiest beak, and he claims he owes it all to daily filing. Has anyone else tried a file?

Freedom from Jail

I got out of jail this afternoon, and I'm wondering who I should file a complaint with. My claws are totally ruint! I work hard to get my claws just perfect, all long, sharp and pointy, just like I like them. Would you believe those jailers had the nerve to clip them short, blunt and square? Granted, besides that, jail wasn't too terrible, although the internet access wasn't as fast as I would have liked and they actually thought their phone lines should be used for their business and not mine, but still, my poor claws!
