Pharmacist
I think the pharmacist who gave me the super bubble gum medication somehow wandered into the wrong place to work. There is a human hospital and pharmacy right across the river. Obviously this person was meant to work there, giving medication to human children, to make them fond of candy tastes, so they will bite the child bait when Betsy dangles it. But somehow, this human ended up at the pharmacy for my kind instead. Really, do you think I should give her a map showing she is horrible lost?

Horrible Goodie Update
I ought to sue Walmart. I really should, although, seeing as one of the human's cousins has large amounts of stock in the place, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that they seem to spend every waking hour, and a few hours when decent people should be sleeping, plotting to assist the human in increasing amounts of horror. The human was thrilled to find a giant sale there today, and she came trotting home with alarming amounts of mazes, more kaleidoscopes, and these little heart shaped boxes, suitable for holding candy. Which, of course, indicates more candy might be purchased soon. Betsy Bear is already getting extra snitching sacks, in anticipation of robberies to come, due to the increase in child bait. Will these horrors never end?

This Afternoon's Goodie Horror Report
I am very sorry to say that the goodie horrors are growing. The human went trotting out today, I suspect in the company of rabbits, and came back lagging numerous large bags. Here's the result: more erasers, tops, pens, rings and soft balls, slinkies, rubber bouncy balls, something called jumpy hearts, stampers, stretchy figures and bug tattoos. And, in an even worse move, she lagged home five large boxes of candy to go in these bags! Candy! Candy is child bait for Betsy Bear! What was the human thinking? Do you know how many children five boxes of candy could lure in for Betsy to torment? Can I be declared an accessory to that bear's crimes, should the rabbits go through with their threats to make me work on packing these bags?

Child Bait Prepared
The human has 65 bags packed full of child bait, ready to be passed out to those poor, misfortunate trick or treaters. Those poor, poor children. The human made sure to pack the bags nice and full, too, with loads of things that are sure to lure lots of children to the door, once they hear what the human is passing out from all of their little friends. And Betsy will be waiting, ready to rob them as soon as they trot away. I think I will have to go into hiding tomorrow, least I get tangled up in the ensuing police investigation.

Countdown to Horror
I did some checking, and would you believe that some churches are actually offering up candy starting tomorrow? Really, I thought churches were supposed to be nice, good places, but various ones are spending this weekend putting out child bait so that Betsy can have a crime spree. Those poor, poor children. They will never want to set foot in a religious institution again after this. Betsy already has over a hundred snitching sacks in her paws, in anticipation, and she knows where she can obtain more if necessary.

Child Bait
I can't believe the humans. They have purchased at least seven bags of candy to hand out to children for Halloween! You should have seen the happy dance Betsy did when they brought it in. With that much candy, she is sure that a bunch of children will be lured to the door, and thus will fall into her paws for robbery purposes. Seven bags. Oh, I shudder to think of the number of children that much candy will bring in, and then Betsy will get them! The humans should be ashamed!
