Rain
Our plan to recapture that rotten Brother has been delayed due to rain. We were able to hop to the festival and visit our favorite sale only because it had been moved inside. But kitty hunting was sadly out. We would not be surprised to find Brother tried his paws at rain dancing to prevent his recapture. It would be just like him. We have several other lovely ideas for how to hunt down that cat and drag him back, though. Never fear about that. We'll get him yet. And on the up side, we did get three nice new siblings today, even if we're still missing that fugitive cat. We dropped in at the homeless shelter on the way to purchase a pizza for a picnic at the country cottage. A bear, frog and bunny were there looking for a home and we had to invite them to move in right away. We now have 863 siblings!

Tomorrow
We are hopping off to that festival in the country tomorrow, and with any luck at all we will spot that horrible kitty. Our only concern is the rain. It's been raining off and on for days now, which has resulted in a good deal of pain for the human, and what if it causes the people having to deal with Brother to decide not to attend? Goodness knows that a number of felines try to claim that water exposure should be a crime. What if it rains and we miss our Brother catching opportunity? It would be just like him to think of that. But we are determined bunnies. We will get that cat yet. If he isn't hiding at the festival, maybe he's hiding near the theater where our squirrel brother's favorite performer will be putting on a show. We might have to check there next. So annoying and if Brother makes us chase over several counties to recapture him he is in a ton of trouble!

Country Tomorrow
The rabbits are planning a little trip to the country tomorrow, for that annual fall festival, and, I am sure, to size up things for a potential move. I probably ought to make plans to spend the weekend in bed now, so that I'll have a alibi. Goodness knows what trouble the rabbits will get into, especially if anyone is foolishly selling seed like they did last year, and Betsy is lagging out piles of snitching sacks, even as I type, in anticipation of robbing anyone foolish enough to try to sell food at this event. And you know that awful bear is supporting the plan to move if the bully's mother gets elected. If she's living in country, it will make it so much easier for her to rob the happy picnickers, campers and boaters, after all. I do hope the country has insurance.

Upcoming Horrors
I do hope that everyone who lives up in the country by the lake the humans are fond of has had time to double their property insurance and hide their food. The human has heard of a festival up that way, that she is now dying to attend, and of course if she goes, Betsy Bear will be accompanying her. I understand there will be a lot of food at this event which can only lead to a disaster with that bear on the loose. She's already been poking around, getting out the big snitching sacks in anticipation of upcoming goodie grabbing. And to make matters worse, a church always has a large sale during this festival, with baked goods poked out right where Betsy is sure to see them. I can only hope that all of those poor people are saying their prayers now, for their doom will be arriving on Saturday, on little bear feet!

Fall Festival
The place that the human's relative had this party at tonight foolishly had brochures out advertising their fall festival. Really, are they trying to provide absolute proof that they're insane? Wasn't the bean display and those undefended sheep proof enough? Needless to say, the bunnies snagged a brochure, and are looking into a fall visit. They're sure a fall festival will bring out lots of veggies and seeds for them to get their paws on. I wonder if I have time to warn the poor vendors who might have signed up for this event that they are doomed?
