Horror Started

The horror has started. We keep hearing dunk, dunk munch sip, coming from where Betsy is camped out in the den, along with the occasional sounds of the refrigerator opening so she can refill her milk, and the noise of empty cookie boxes hitting the trash can. The humans were out all day today, so Betsy had plenty of time for cookie snatching. Some poor guidance counselors are going to be very overworked come Monday.

Cookie Nightmare

Those poor, poor children. Tomorrow marks the start of cookie horror season, when poor, innocent children start selling boxes full of the treats outside of stores everywhere. Some foolish parents even let them go trotting door to door. Those poor children. Betsy has an order for twelve gallons of milk on the grocery list, which should give you an idea of the nightmare she is planning. She will need hundreds of cookies to eat with all of that milk. Those poor children. They're doomed!

That time of the Year

It's that time of the year again, the time when groups of children trot around, oblivious to the danger they are in, as they sell boxes of cookies. Needless to say, Betsy has been having a blast, and I imagine there are a bunch of children who now need psychiatric care as a result of her antics. And there's a human hanging out next door with cookies too. Have you ever heard of anything so foolish? I told my cat mother to warn her away but I guess she didn't listen. I'm keeping my paws over my ears whenever I'm in the section of the house closest to those neighbors so I won't be a witness to the horror. And the rabbits aren't any help. They think they can use the empty cookie boxes as a weed barrier or something in their garden. I think they're encouraging Betsy to gather more cookies!

Girl Scouts

Well, the world's most foolish group is running loose right now. There are a batch of children who are roaming free, lagging large cartons full of cookies around for sell. And would you believe that these children don't seem to have enough sense to avoid this street and Betsy Bear like the plague? Do you suppose since they're acting so foolish and wandering near Betsy's dwelling, that they could be said to have almost brought their doom upon themselves? You don't even want to know what happened to the poor children who set up with cookies at the store yesterday. I believe one group was awfully near the local Sam's club, and the boast extra-large shopping carts. I think you can safely draw a conclusion as to what happened from that.
